This Esquire is all attitude, and no frills. Iconically used by Joe Strummer of The Clash fame, the response of the Esquire’s single bridge pickup is percussive and spanky with the tone dialled to ten.

This particular Custom Shop Esquire responds with a compressed, balanced and even tone, and despite having a single pickup, features a three-way for a ‘Full Throttle’ mod, which at it’s most extreme setting bypasses the volume and tone pots, sending the pickup direct to the output jack. Rock ’n’ roll.
