It’s hard to describe a Custom Shop bass because there’s nothing that compares to them. Somehow more resonant, more in tune and more playable than any other bass you’ve played, this Time Machine 1960 Jazz Bass is no exception.
Featuring a classic Alder body and rosewood neck, this is a fairly reasonably spec’d guitar that is masterfully crafted and put together by the Fender Custom Shop. The relic’d Sherwood Green Metallic finish highlights the tortoiseshell guard and offsets the tinted maple finish on the neck. This is a bass that plays like it hasn’t let you down so far, and never will.
